In a galaxy not so far away, Star Wars fans are able to travel to Walt Disney World down in Orlando Florida to experience out of this world food, attractions, and now accommodations. Earlier this week, it was announced that Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will open to guests March 1st, 2022. Booking will start October 28th, 2021.
After nine films and numerous animated and live action series and specials, Star Wars is more popular than ever. The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Resort and experience will open just two months before Star Wars: A New Hope has it's 45 anniversary. This special resort is designed to give the guest a truly immersive experience. The Galactic Starcruiser, Halcyon, is a 3 day / 2 night stay. Check in starts at 1pm and you will check out 2 days later by 10am. There is a standard itinerary but depending on your character and story line, events will be different for each guest. Also every time you sail on the Galactic Starcruiser or visit Galaxy's Edge, your Star Wars Story will always keep evolving and continuing to grow every time you visit. Dining Highlights:
On the first night of your adventure, the Crown of Corellia Dining Room transforms for dinner into an enticing table-service supper club with a special musical appearance by a galactic superstar. You’ll enjoy a special evening with distinctive dining and entertainment as you socialize with passengers and crew.
The second night, The Taste Around the Galaxy showcases courses inspired by the geography and environments of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy. With the serving of each course, a brief introduction presents the name, inspiration and ingredients for the dishes. The meal includes group appetizers for the table, a choice of entrée and a specialty plated dessert.
You can indicate your preference for first or second dinner seating (based on availability) when you book your vacation package.

Each Standard Cabin is fitted with furnishings and fixtures designed to ensure comfort while traveling throughout the galaxy—including a pullout table and a TV with entertainment from your home planet—and a window with a view out into space.
