USING A TRAVEL PLANNER
How it works
Step 1: Get in touch
Reach out to us and tell us more about the enchanting vacation you’re envisioning—you’ll be paired with a planner who is an expert in what you’re looking for. Your planner will contact you to learn more details about your dream trip, so they can create a custom trip quote for you!
Step 2: Review your trip quote
You’ll typically receive several trip quotes from your planner with options tailored to your unique travel dreams and needs. Pick your favorite and work with your planner to tweak as needed. We want your custom-crafted itinerary to be perfect.
Step 3: Book your trip
Once you’ve signed off on your trip quote, your planner will book and arrange all the travel components for you. This typically includes hotel or cruise cabin reservations, transfers, excursions, and more. If you want help with dining reservations, park passes, and other special requests, we’ll make it happen with a smile!
We also monitor pricing for you, so if a better price comes up we will re-book you, if possible, automatically.
Step 4: Travel with confidence
Your planner will keep you updated on deposit due dates, destination entry requirements, and personalized destination recommendations—so you feel fully prepared for departure. If you encounter any hiccups while you travel, all you have to do is contact your planner so they can smooth it over for you!
