Shari Shoufler

Our family highly recommends Shari with The Vacation Wizards! We used Shari's services in May 2025. Shari is nothing short of amazing! She is personable, knowledgeable, and just the sweetest human. We had been to Disney World once before, but this was our first time taking our son. This trip was extra special for us and Shari understood that! She made sure we knew all the kid friendly activities and character dinings. Shari was also great communicating leading up to our trip, and was so quick to answer any questions I had! A few days before our trip Shari had mailed us a packet with all the park information. This packet contained every single detail we could need to make our trip the best trip ever!

Our trip was truly the best trip ever. We got our son a spot at Harmony Barber Shop for his first haircut, he met Winnie the Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace. His favorite attractions were The Enchanted Tiki Room and Pirates of the Caribbean! The smiles, pictures and memories were all possible with Shari's help! We will be booking again very soon and will 100% be using Shari with The Vacation Wizards again! If you are thinking of taking a trip soon, I suggest you book with her, you won't regret it!!

Shari was recommended to us by a friend/co-worker. We contacted Shari in late June2024 to ask about options to stay on-site at Disney World in Jan2025. We had (mentally) planned for years to take our 2 adult children/& spouses and four grandchildren on a vacation to celebrate our upcoming (milestone) Birthdays and our 50th wedding anniversary. We had decided to go to Disney but had not been there for 20+ years and were unsure if a trip could be planned in that short period of time. Well, Shari to the rescue! We sent Shari an email and she responded in literally 3 hours with thoughts re best travel dates in January, link with brochure information, and current pricing quotes for value, moderate, and deluxe resort options. Our family sifted through information and we had a few phone calls with Shari (including Shari giving us quotes & availability at different resorts, different dates etc.) and, in just a couple of weeks our hotels for Disney were booked!

Shari’s level of calm and patience was already so evident at this point.

The following months up to and including days before our departure – we spoke, emailed, and texted multiple times as Shari’s continued patience walked us through many details to ensure we were ready for all things Disney. Shari graciously welcomed all our questions, answered them and shared so much information guiding us how Disney operates now (i.e. my Disney experience app, magic bands, dining reservations, etc. - All new to us!) - all while being so positive and, so enthusiastic about Disney and, for us to succeed on this vacation. We discussed items about travel in general, about Disney specifically, you name it – we talked about it! Our vacation to Disney was everything we had hoped.
