We took a Family Trip to Universal for my oldest 21st birthday! Kylene made the trip SO easy! Her communication is outstanding— she was always available and even offered to meet face-to-face, FaceTime, at a coffee shop.. you name it— to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with every decision and to prepare/familiarize me with the Disney app so that using the app during our trip wouldn't be overwhelming.
She helped us choose the perfect resort for our family and guided us in selecting a character breakfast that was a great fit for my son and our experience level as first-time Disney guests. What truly sets her apart, though, is that she checked in while we were actually there and continued to answer questions in real time— something that meant more to me than she probably realizes. She even dropped a surprise gift off for my kids the night before we left. SO SWEET and unexpected.
